"The tint looks great. There are 2 things I wasn't happy with. 1) I detailed my vehicle before bringing it in, and they left soapy residue on the exterior and interior as well. Not a huge deal but kinda irritating. 2) my truck is brand new, having only 7800 miles on it, and they sliced off part of my window seal and didn't even say anything to me about it. The piece they sliced off wasn't in the truck so they definitely knew they did it and chose not to tell me about it. Honestly would have been the best route to go on something like that. It's not cut where it will leak, it just looks awful. I hope Jon talks to his guys and re-assures them mistakes happen, and can be fixed and to come clean when they happen."
