"The worst customer service ever, mad promises he couldnt keep...He kept the vehicle for over a week and when we called him, he had excuses, then the attitude came, he then said i will have car ready next day after a long week of nothing, my son and wife went to pick it up and guess what he claims that he decided not to fix vehicle because i kept calling him to ask about time frame...He first said 3 days then 4 then 6 and nothing...This is the worst person ive had to deal with! People now a days do not want to work at all...he will find out what happens when you act like a fool...all of El Paso will know about his MESSED UP CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD BUSINESS DEALINGS!"

"Ricardo came out within about 1-2 hours of me calling, and he was super helpful! He quickly diagnosed my car and instructed me to take it to autozone to be fixed because of a bad battery. Autozone helped me but was unable to help change it due to low staffing. I called him, and he came back within 30 minutes and changed my battery for me."
