"I'm a big supporter of small businesses as I have had my own business and I have family who are business owners as well. It pains me to say this, but this is the first time I can't support this business. I have never dealt with a business owner who promises one thing after another, after another and doesn't deliver. We had our car repaired with Car Crafters for a minor front collusion. He told us it would take about 1 week and it was noted on the insurance claim. Well, 1 week turned into a massive amounts of excuses, broken promises and discussions. Exactly 3 months later we finally received our car, but not in perfect condition. We are so disappointed in the lack of integrity and professionalism in this individual. We don't want the same situation to happen to other people. This is why I felt I needed to let the public know these facts."
