"Service was decent but the adviser kept Making excuses onto why it took so long. I was waiting here with my son for nearly 4 hours. On a simple oil change and patching a tire . He said that it took almost an hour just to patch a tire which I do not believe. I've had my vehicle service that other dealerships. And they don't take nearly as long as here. I saw people walking and walk out. That were here way after I was. And it just doesn't make sense. I do not recommend bringing a vehicle here to get it serviced"

"Kat Kaiser made my service experience at Charlie Clark Nissan. From the moment I hopped out of my car she listened intently to what I wanted to have done. She made a couple of suggestions, which I took. Kat made me feel like there wasn't anyone else there, except me, but I bet she treats all of her clients that way. Where she really impressed me was she got me into a loaner when I told her I was a realtor and she thought my car might have to stay overnight. My car did stay overnight but I was calm and happy since I could keep working. She is, by far, the BEST service person I have eve ever ever, had."

"I had to scheduled 9:15 appointment for oil change tire rotation and airbag sensor light on. Initially when I had called to schedule the appointment the young lady never mentioned that there would be a diagnostic charge fee. I was informed when I arrived I was surprised and more with the cost. After 4 hour wait I was called into service and informed that my vehicle was ready and that they have performed all the services. I was also informed that the airbag sensor light that was on was just a loose connector. When I heard the news I was happy because I figured there was not going to be a charge for that but still they charged me the $189 diagnostic fee."
