There were 2 young men I had interactions with, and they were wonderful. Ricardo promptly greeted me when I pulled in. He was very polite, made direct eye contact, and made me feel very welcome. Then once I was inside, Alexis came in and explained my options for the oil used, and took the time to explain everything that was included in the oil change. He was also very polite and professional, and also made me feel very welcome. I feel like I received the old fashioned type of customer service, that we don't see these days!
