"Open your dictionary, look up the word fraud, scam, crook, con artist, this person is right next to it. He gave us a price for repair and then charged almost 3 times as much. We asked for an estimate on another and he did the job without approval or ever giving us the estimate we asked for. The total price for the same repair I’ve had done at TA was 7x as much here."
"Please stay away from these people they are a total ripoff. They wanted to charge me $4700 for a radiator wish cost $1100. Plus, they wanted to charge me $1800 for labor and another $500 for coolant. I had to take a truck to a nearby truck repair, and they charged me 2 time less. I save lots of money working with another shop down the road. I don't recommend these ripoff."
"Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We were passing through and they were able to get us fixed up and on our way."
"I had my semi truck towed here after breaking down, we initially agreed on one price. I called the company for an update, none was given. However, I was not told it was something other than what I was originally told wrong with my truck. There was no approval given or invoice sent, to confirm and approve new charges. The original price told was 2k. My approval nor an invoice was sent for the new repairs which the total came out to almost 5k. Do not send your truck here this place is a scam. They also try to get over on women. I do not recommend!"
"Triangle J Inc. Had truck with turbo issues. Called Big Rig and an older gentleman was right on it...Communication stopped there...Was not able to get him back on the phone until bill was ready to pay. some $11,000 plus later. Two weeks in shop for a turbo. Truck still not ready. Was charged an additional $2000.00 plus for fuel filter, ABS sensor and water in fuel code he could not fix. We ended up having the Love's finish it up. It was the fuel filter housing. Get towed to a Dealer. It would be better. Charged me $150 to hook up computer and $150 each time to road test truck...."
