"I think I left a pretty hasty review when they were at their past location but now things seem to have majorly improved. I've ordered from location about 4 times and have never been let down. I did get a sandwich with a bit too much ranch on it once but since then have started using the special requests box to ask them not to overdo the ranch and its been perfect since. They do actually read them too. The workers have always been kind and genuine and seem to really enjoy their work."

"I have tried to go to the location 3 times now. And every time I can't get anyone to come to the speaker drive through. I even pulled app this time to the window and waited 20 minutes and still nobody came to the window. I understand if you're short handed, but this is a huge inconvenience to the customer. Just simply put, a sign in the driver's stating to come in. Not make us wait and wonder what's going on"

"Seems clean. Only issue ever had was employees not understanding what i wanted to order even though order it online for pick up often. I just order online now and pick up in store to avoid confusion. Always get it right that way."

"I've ordered from this location twice via the app, and I'm convinced that either they can't read or they just don't care, because neither time did they get my order correct. Yes they offer to remake it if I return that day, or even the next day. It shouldn't be that way, the subs I've chosen are nothing special, why can't they get it right if I order off the app??"
