Marco's Pizza

"We made a purchase of three sandwiches and cheesy bread on a Monday around 6pm. Around 730pm, food had not been delivered to the house and a phone call was made to understand if the order was received and it was confirmed that they had received it and they have been short staffed. At about 830pm, the food still had not been delivered to our home. Phone call again was made and they confirmed the order had been received. A phone call from an employee had been made back to my husband in which they had voiced that the food was minutes away and that there would be a refund to us. Store closes at 11pm and no food was ever delivered to us and no refund made. The next day my husband had called the store around 11 am and inquired in which an employee had told him to call back the next day and talk with the owner because there is a new payment system. My husband called back two days later and spoke to an employee who then reports they spoke to the owner who said they could not refund and then delivered the order (which was wrong). Unfortunately, very disappointed as we were promised order had been received and that it would be delivered, with young kids this was to be dinner for that night and by the time there was realization that no delivery was being made, it was 915pm."

"Came in for a pizza yesterday and seen a girl making out with another girl in a vehicle by the employee entrance (disgusting, please learn professionalism). The only girl working inside made my food absolutely amazing. A bit of flimsiness to the dough but thats all i can complain about pizza wise! Taste was spot on and not too saucy. she was very sweet and made sure i had all items before leaving! (check your cameras! the two people in their car outside, seemed to be in view of them!)"

"First off this place nasty need cleaned up far as food laying around.I notice dishes all stacked up there this young lady who works there she works her but off does a fantastic job but I can say she needs help in there she deserves a raise hard as she works.I was in there get my pizza few different times noticed worker's throwing food very unhealthy food laying on floor bathroom was dirty no toilet paper nor not anything to dry your hands.who ever manger is needs to get people in there to do there job stop playing so much there only one hard working lady I see every time I go in there she is sweeties polite person and does her job fantastic..other then that hope this place gets it together.."
