"You’d think during lunch hours they’d be faster with service. I’m in line to pick up and has been waiting for 45 mins already! Each order seems like it’s made when you come to the pickup window. This is ridiculous! For those who’s working, we’re all going to be late and not able to eat our lunch! second and last time ever."

"Like any restaurant you go to, it's a hit-and-miss experience. However, this particular restaurant has portioned the food so minimal that my sandwich had 2 thin slices of meat rather than your typical weight you're supposed to get. The staff were friendly to me, but as I was standing there waiting to finish my order, the counter lady answered the phone and was rude to the caller. I would probably go to a different McAllister location because the few times I've been here haven't been all that good."

"The food was cold didn’t have anything on the menu the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McAlister’s an I go often 3 times a week. was very disappointing experience to spend 20 dollars on something I didn’t want unhappy. I know it’s quick deli but please care or try 40 minutes for food an it’s ice cold when it’s supposed to be steaming hot. Wasted my lunch waiting an now I get to go hungry back to work thanks for caring about your customers me and all the guys from the shop won’t be back to this location."

"Food is great, but service at the counter is a joke. I placed a carry-out order which I paid cash for. It took 3 associates several minutes to input my order. I paid cash but the register drawer didn't open. The change was insignificant so I just told them to keep it. I wish you could train your counter staff to perform their jobs as well as your kitchen staff performs theirs."

"I am extremely upset that I had already paid and not only did the cheesecake taste rotten, McAllister’s kindly included the expiration sticker proving it had expired over a week(almost 2weeks) ago. Tried to call to explain, but the first time I was transferred to an ordering service, second time no one answered, and the third time put on hold until someone decided to hang-up on me."
