"The young man named Osvaldo taking orders at the register was awesome and sweet. There were 15 minutes left until closing and he still managed to get our order in. All around the staff was great and I will be returning! It’s hard to get decent service these days. Highly recommend this Cici’s location"

"My family and I went there at 8pm and the manager said it was takeout only, about four families were turned away but a family of cuban people were allowed to sit down and when I asked the manager he said that we could come in but we would get one pizza. I think this is racist because the manager changed his mind and let that family stay because he is also cuban. He also said that because they were many people in the group that each person equals one punch on the card."

"The place is very outdated, and dirty. The employees are very rude with maybe 1 if your lucky that's able to speak English. They always overcharge the buffets even on discount days. The gaming room is a disaster 90% of the games don't work so we got a bunch of tokens we had to throw away. It's too overpriced you get much better service, food and value at mr. Gattis or golden corral. Won't be returning to this place . And for the person on this review board who's gonna tell me to contact cicis, no this is your store, you've been told which one it is now you go visit your own store."

"i never write reviews but me and my family didn’t have a good experience here we love cicis but this location is awful! the girl working the register over charged us for our wings and when we spoke to her about it she was really rude and I even overheard her talking mess about us to the cook! Also when we were eating our wings one of us found a piece of hair in our food when we spoke to the manager about it he took the food but he walked off and didn’t apologize or said anything ! We stood there and he was just talking Spanish with the employees thinking we wouldn’t understand , until the girl at the register spoke and told me in a really rude way if I wanted my money back.. super unprofessional! Will never come back to this location and we normally love cicis!"
