The staff is pleasant and accommodating. The doctors are very patient and kind, even when you leave your retainer in the gerbil cage! They are also very time-efficient getting you and getting you out which is what you need when you have a busy schedule like mine. Whenever we needed an appointment for an emergency I could always get one. They are also very helpful about trying to find an appointment that will work for your schedule. My daughter has went there since she first needed ortho work and just a couple days ago she got her braces off, they look wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better job. After talking with Jeannine over the phone, I immediately felt welcomed to the office and I hadn't stepped foot in there yet! Today was Joshua's initial visit with Dr. Ferguson. The visit was great.
