"Kim Nichols is a great dentist. I really liked her and all of her staff when I went there. My issue is not with the dentist but with her new receptionist. I have been seen here for about a year and never had any issues with the receptionist, Debbie, who used to be there. She was always pleasant and kind. However they hired a new receptionist named Kimberly who came in around 7 months ago, that is when my issues started. She is very rude, and will yell at you on the phone. She is not helpful when you call, she keeps sending my claims to the wrong insurance company. Even though I've told her multiple times and then sending me bills saying it has to be paid in full its over 90 days. She also told me that I know nothing about insurance claims I told her thats what I do for a living she said well not here you don't. She is just so rude!!! Then when she says she will contact you back never does. She is the reason I have chose to go to another dentist from here on out. It's really sad that Dr. Nichols is going to lose business because of her."

"I had an emergency root canal done here in 2010, and it was very well done. I've had teeth cleanings that were more unpleasant."

"Went in almost a year ago for an evaluation and they said I had a few cavities that didn’t hurt that needed filled. The fillings weren’t completed by the dentist herself. Once filled - I experienced pain and went back in and kept redoing my bite adjustment. They initially told me that sometimes the inside are just sensitive and they would need to remove the filling and put some sort of solution in before the filling but then the third time I went into their office they said I needed a root canal and referred me somewhere else. The Endodontist has taken a number of steps and I’m still experiencing pain and I’ve been seen by another dentist. Serveral months later I get a bill from them for $100 with no indication for what it was for?? They are friendly but unfortunately I have not had a positive experience with them. They just made it seem like it was something routine and easily addressed and I was never told the possibity of having to have a root canal until my 3rd visit. I wish these were things they discussed before doing the work so I could have gotten a second opinion or made a better informed decision."
