"Stay away. Came in at 11 am to get a tire valve stem replaced and they told me 2 and a half they'll get to me. 4 hours later they tell me to park in front of pay, I look over and all 3 are chitchatting with a buddy for a good minute."

"5/18/2022 @ 2100 hrs I came into Loves off I-27 in Lubbock in need of service. I spoke with the service writer and mechanic about a air leak issue with my power unit. Both the service writer and mechanic were sitting on the curb not working and said I would be the 3rd truck they get to. I asked the service writer if he could check me in to their system, which he did by way of paper log. I was once reassured I would be tended to as soon as they finished a tire job and mechanical job. 4hrs goes by and no one reaches out. I figure I should have been called up, I go inside the office and both of the Loves employees have left for the day, the service bay doors and they left without notifying me with a simple call. I speak with a different Loves employee and he states “there won’t be anyone here until 0700 hrs”. Unacceptable and poor communication. If the Loves employees knew they were closing it would have been professional of them to let me know from jump they had no intention of servicing my unit."
