"A beautiful, quiet, well organized place that, besides books, also has a big computer area, printers, scanners, and even a recording studio! I often come here to work undisturbed. They also have at least 4 study/ meeting rooms."
"Great space. I've come here with my almost 2 year old and she honestly just comes to play. No one makes us feel like we need to leave just for playing. The kid area has books separated by board books, first readers, up to small chapter books. They have things for kids to do most days of the week, all free, and other play areas. There is a dedicated teen area with books appropriate for that age. They have computers for public to use for printing, copying, faxing, for a small fee and dedicated staff to help. I've also used one of their quiet rooms to work on my computer for class. It's a very relaxed space and they have lots of activities for kids to adults. Very few for infants to just under 3, but I understand as my 2 year old barely listens or follows instructions. Lastly, all staff has been extremely nice. We will continue to come and enjoy our time."
"Love this community library! Having used several larger library systems over the years, I'm so happy to say Scott County ranks right up there. They do an incredible job - they have a great selection of new releases (many times additional copies of the most popular titles), along with a large collection of blacklist titles. They offer lots of great programming (technology classes, arts/humanities, kids and teen clubs, etc.), and they have all the resources you would expect from a public library in a sizeable community. Their facility is clean and bright and is a lovely space to spend time in. Highly recommended!"
