Wendy's

"I am using this location a lot(between 3 to 7 pm) Always server is decent or nice, serving quick and food is well cocked. I am happy and thankful !!! Only a couple of times of 50 times happened, no napkins inside the bag, the wrong drink. But no big deal. You see other fast food chain's Google reviews, I want to say thanks to workers in this location !!!"

"As a truck driver you expect excellent service because at truck stop restaurants we are the majority of business. I will not be coming back here again. First it took over 15 minutes for me to get my order taken, workers just looking at me but looking over me which was very rude. Then I get my order and go back to my truck which was a long walk and when I go to eat my burger it’s no bacon on it. I go back in instead getting a remake I get the bacon that should have been put on my burger if I had to add that I should just have made my own damn burger. I don’t get paid to do your job. I mean there was no remorse shown or even an apology given nor an accommodation for the inconvenience. I was at this Wendy’s in Raphine VA and I heard a manager telling a potential employee how making us happy is how they stay in business because we are the majority of their customers, so if we want something they go above and beyond to do it if it’s doable. I loved hearing that, but I guess that’s only in certain areas."

"Miss Alanna was super nice. She took extra measures to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and the order was ready before I could even pay. Not to mention it was super delicious!! This is fast food right here. Thanks you guys!"

"Food was hot but up-sized to large (biggie size?!?) WITHOUT us asking. We neverq order large and have never been to a Wendy's that does that. They forgot our chili order, and when we waited at the window for it, she opened the window back up almost a minute later and said, "What?" with a rude tone. Her customer service was atrocious the entire time. I'm looking at you, Elizabeth, with the blonde pink-dyed braids. After every item we ordered she said, "that it?" No, that's not it, and if you'd let us talk, we'd keep ordering. Rude, rude, rude. For such a short interaction your behavior was so poor you left a lasting impression. Maybe find a job that isn't in customer service? I will be contacting corporate."

"I went to Wendy’s this evening because I love their Cobb salad. I ordered it and ask for a small fry also and a large strawberry lemonade. The total was $16 and changed I got home and there was no fry in the bag and this is what my salad looks like. Since when do you not put lettuce on your salad and rotten tomatoes. Shame on you Wendy’s for serving this to your customers. This is not ok!"
