"The lady saw me standing at register to order but totally ignored me. She also picks up hash browns with her bare hands. That is not sanitary. Be aware when ordering one from this mcd's. Health standards out the door. SMH."

"The Kiosks card terminal was out of order directing us to pay at the cashier, after the staff telling a line of customers that “I’ll help you when I can”. It took two attempts to discuss our issue with the worker so our order was processed. You can see the frustration in the person for having to man the register. The art of customer service is completely absent for dining in."

"This particular restaurant either had some really bad luck, or is poorly managed. First strike was on ordering. I chose a meal with a large upgrade. The large cups were unavailable, but there was no drop in price due to getting pushed to a medium. I looked for someone to ask and there was no one upfront. I decided to go with a shake which would use a different cup. Second strike was the fact they were out of ketchup packets. The customer in front of me had asked. They offered him other sauces, but that was wild! I've never seen any fast food burger joint run out of ketchup. Third strike was multi-faceted. It took a good amount of time to get my food despite there not being many customers, and the food was lukewarm when received. Sufficed to say, they struck out."

"Slowest Employees Ever! Took 22 minutes for 2 McChickens. Might not seem like a lot but considering this is a “Fast food restaurant ”. And no, they were NOT short handed/understaffed! I counted 7 different employees. Absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention I kept getting skipped over by the manager who was handing out the orders. Never again will I eat here, nor do I recommend ANYONE TO!!"
