"This place sucks. The left side of my mouth has never hurt to eat on. I have gotten two fillings on the right side of my mouth, which never hurt me. But then I get one here, and they botch it entirely. It becomes sensitive to temperature, then that stops, and it becomes sensitive to pressure. Later, it grows an abscess they didn't bother trying to find out about when I went a few days ago. They didn't even look in my mouth, just took me to a surgery room to give me pills, referred me to remove all four wisdom teeth, which many other dentists have said isn't necessary, and got rid of me. If the cavity was too deep for a regular filling, how would they not notice it needed a root canal before it infected into an abscess? "Kids dentist" is no excuse for how they treat people paying them hundreds of dollars. Don't ever go here."

"They have gone far & beyond to take care of all of my dental needs,never had to complain about anything,the dentist and the dental assistant take pride in their and love their job,if you need work done check them out.they are great!"

"Terrible place!! They filled a cavity of mine and placed resin on areas of my teeth that weren’t impacted by cavities whatsoever so now the resin is discolored (which started after less than one year and I’m not a smoker or coffee drinker) and appears like I have severe staining on places that should’ve never had composite applied in the first place (it’s apparent it’s not even apart of my natural tooth). My coloring has drastically changed and it sticks out like a sore thumb!! My insurance won’t cover it being fixed because it’s now considered COSMETIC. I’m completely unable to get this issue fixed without paying out of pocket. An issue that THEY caused. An issue that I never had in the first place. They referred me to another place because they don’t accept adult patients anymore and they were of no help whatsoever. Seriously debating legal action against this establishment. I have never encountered something like this in my life and it’s apparent the staff that performed said filling wasn’t properly trained because there’s NO reason composite should’ve been anywhere other than where the cavity was. Pure NEGLIGENCE!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Today is the last time I will drive over an hour to this dentist office. Vanessa made a big deal out of me updating my insurance, made rude comments stating “ I can’t do this today.” This woman threatened to call the police because I advised her if they could run the appointments through my insurance to avoid denials. When I asked her to go ahead and call the officers, instead she went in the back and got a person named Lisa, who had Sarah listed on her scrub. I questioned the name difference for the sake of this review and she claimed she was wearing it because all the scrubs were dirty. She was nice other than informing there were no cameras to review the actions of Vanessa. Lisa/Sarah claimed she would reinitiate the appointments and it was easy to run through my insurance. However, when we went back in my daughter was almost in tears and scared to go back out of fear of what these people would do. I can not believe I gave this place yet another chance. I took off work drove over an hour to be treated horribly because I wanted to run through a different insurance. Previously I drove an hour only for them to have cancelled my appointment because the dentist was not there and no one call me. Vanessa is rude and uncaring, what type of person lies about someone cursing. She really needs to be coached customer service."
