Awful awful awful.. they try to force you into specialized cleanings that you have to pay for when I came in and ruined my whole day to get a normal cleaning. Not to mention the last two times they broke my permanent retainer and tried to make me pay for it… this place was great when dr hacket was here.. I was done last time after they broke my retainer but I gave them one more chance. They literally said I cannot get my cleaning done because I didn’t want to do an under the gum procedure. All they care about is getting the most money out of you possible."
