"If you are in need of an honest and trustworthy mechanic/shop for your diesel, look no further! A truly refreshing experience. Brought my husband’s f250 in for what was thought to be the start of transmission issues. When we got the call later that day, we were ready for bad news. Instead, Rocky informed us it was an issue between the computer and a tune being run. He told us what needed to be done and if that didn’t work, where to take. In addition, he gave us a printout of the diagnostics he ran. It showed other non critical issues that could be addressed by my husband. We expected to pay at least a diagnostic fee but they did not charge us because they said they didn’t fix it. Definitely a mechanic with integrity."

"If you're shopping for a diesel tech you can quit now. Just call them. You won't find a better team anywhere. Lubbock is lucky to have them. My name is Alan and I am from Illinois. The short version is I was in a bind 14 hours from home and these kind folks did everything they could to get me back on the road, and I will never forget it. They could have told me no, but they jumped in with both feet to get me going. I will never forget what they did for me and how professional they are. If I lived closer they would get every ounce of my business. Long version, I was on my way to Lubbock from Sweetwater on a Wednesday and my truck gives a message I have 150 miles before it goes into limp mode, which means no more than 5 mph. It's a fairly new truck so I go to the Dodge dealer first and they told me me what I expected to hear, we can get it in a week from now. Rocky at Wrench'em did the exact opposite. My sons wedding festivities were to begin in illinois on Friday evening, I was pulling a 16' refrigerated trailer and had no other options, I was panicking. They jumped right on the faulty DEF injector, fought through obstacles the whole way. I made it back home an hour before the festivities began. I don't know how to thank all of the wonderful folks at Wrench'em properly. You are in very good hands at Wrench'em so quit searching."

"My daughter was in town from Kansas City, Missouri, and enrolling at Texas Tech University. Her car overheated and went into reduced power mode. Obviously, it wasn’t going to be driven back to Kansas City anytime soon, and I read Google reviews of auto repair shops near Texas Tech, and wrench Em came up with the highest rating. I called Rocky and his wife. We had the vehicle towed at a very reasonable rate to their shop, they diagnosed it as a pretty extensive internal engine water pump and timing chain assembly repair. I then travel down to Lubbock to pick my daughter and wife up, as we left the car with Wrench Em. Within a few days, Rocky contacted us with the cost estimate for the repair. Based on what I googled about the said repair as far as parts and labor hours to complete it, It was very fair and reasonable and told him to proceed. Very long story short a week or so later we drove back to Lubbock, stayed overnight pick the car up and drove it straight back to Kansas City with absolutely no issues. 11 hours, in temperatures of around 100-107 the entire way home.
