"Update: Third gear stopped working. Here we are three weeks later and they still have my van. He won't call me. I have to call him to find out anything. Took over two months, took short cuts and had to pull my transmission out three times to finally fix it, left my van filthy with grease, scraped my fender... Four months total they had my van. It was returned to me today with a busted bumper."
