"This might be the best pizza in Austin. Nothing fancy, just an amazing NY style pizza. Thin, crispy but still fluffy, perfect amount of sauce/cheese ratio. There’s even a bar where you can grab a drink while you wait for your pizza and they’ll bring it to you. If you want a great pizza, you MUST check them out!"

"I’ve driven by this place a few times and wondered about it so I decided to give it a try today. We just got single slices and they were def satisfactory. New York style, large and thin. I would give them a solid 7.5/10. The crust was a little too crispy not enough chewy to be perfect but it still hit all the right flavor spots. It’s just a food truck next to a bar so the ambience isn’t anything to write home about but there are dedicated picnic tables with umbrellas to sit and eat. I will be back to try more pies."

"First time eating at Pedroso’s and we ordered the NY Style Meatlovers. The pizza crust was thin and crunchy. It was a delicious and one of my favorite pizza in Austin hands down. We will definitely come back to try the different flavors and different pizza styles. Totally worth it! :)"

"On the quest for the best pizza in Austin, I discovered Pedroso's. Parking isn't super obvious but available, the truck is sandwiched between businesses and one of them was out of business when we went so we parked in the lot. It's a food truck with about four large picnic tables directly next to it. The food came out in about 15 minutes and looked and smelled amazing. The slices are huge and super tasty, feel free to fold and go. We also got the whole spinach white pizza which was very good and well presented with those beautiful dollops of fresh ricotta. However, the ricotta flavor is key and the one I tasted was a bit flat. For the pizza, I could have used a bit more fresh garlic bite maybe rubbed into the crust, and a hint of lemon zest to compliment the spinach and ricotta to make it pop, but that's just me. It was a very tasty pizza though and I'm happy to visit again. The service was great, the person at the counter was super friendly and helpful. I will be going back to try the rest of the menu for sure:)"
