"Had not been to Penneys in a while. I found exactly what I was looking for. I did have to walk around a lot to find one item and finally had to ask where it was. It would be nice if they had scooters to ride while you look around for people who can't walk too far but want to look around. They have lots of sale items at really good prices right now. I bought some items I hadn't anticipated and the Cashier in the Jewelry department was very helpful and nice."

"If I could rate this location a 0 I would. It's a horrible place to work and even harder to find a register that is open. Customers are forced to look all over the place for help and then sent to Beauty to check out where they have no training. No one in the store has training and are told not to look up Customers for rewards unless the customer ask first. The Store Manager is always in her office or trying to find any reason not to interact with Customers and the employees. Don't waist your time or money at this location."
