"They only do business on Mondays. No pawning, selling items or even purchasing of guns allowed 6 days a week. The owner is only in the building on Mondays and doesn't allow his employees to do pawns, selling or selling of guns. Also they have 27in non smart TVs for $125!!! Can you say control issues by the owner! Value your employees more dude. That is all."
