"This is a terrible place I bought a car from them pictures in the picture I then move to Florida I made every payment I had one week well because of the move my insurance lapsed I called them and let them know where I was working where I live and that I would be getting insurance the following week they told me they didn't want the car out of state and repossessed my car I was forthright and true with all the information they're just buy here pay here rip off place also the car was not what they said it was the air conditioning wouldn't work that problems shifting they sell junk"

"I was harassed and the father daughter ownership let's their family matters affect customer service. My wife was cussed repeatedly by the owners daughter and another gentleman employed by them. I will not be back there ever and I would never want anyone else to be treated the way we were. The vehicle inventory are all salvage titles meaning they were totalled and had to be pieced back together. The car I got went through 2 brand new sets of tires in 6 months and had broken suspension parts."

"Me and my family have bought 2 cars from here. Both of them have given us nothing but trouble. I now know it’s our fault for not being smarter about our car choices. The first car after a year the engine completely died. The second one after a little over a year the ABS needed to be replaced , then a month later the transmission. "I would not recommend that anyone buy anything from these people. We were sold a car, assured everything was in working order, then two days later it rains and our car is completely flooded! After 3 weeks of calling and going by the car lot, we are told they will take care of it, it is their mistake, and we'll have our vehicle back in a week or so. This was August 12th. I call and they tell me it's almost finished, I should be able to pick it up less than 4 days after I drop my car off, I'm ecstatic! My husband calls, they haven't even started on it. This goes on. I call them again Monday, and they tell me it's in the shop, should be finished Friday (today!). I call and they tell me that now I have to buy a top for it and they will pay to have it installed, which is NOT what was agreed to when I dropped my car off. I am beyond disgusted with this place and if at all possible I would just get my $1500 back and buy something else. If we hadn't been misled in the beginning by being assured the top was good, it didn't leak, we never would have bought this car. It has been nothing but a hassle. The loaner car (the first one) was completely useless. It died twice while I was at work, once having to be jumped for more than an hour before it would start. Then, on my way to make my payment on a car I don't even have, it overheated and died! This is when they assured me that my car would be finished soon! I also had to argue with the people to get a registration for the first loaner car and something saying it is a loaner and I don't have insurance on it. I still haven't gotten any documentation for the second loaner car. I'm just so fed up!!!"
