"Bought nice suit with alterations over $700. Like suit but service is poor. Multiple times instead of helping after alterations just handed to you with no help. I have waited in line twice to have help and manager call people behind me to ring them up instead of getting my suit. Don’t buy socks there $13.00 a pair, I wore one time to banquet and it developed a hole. Took back today to change out and was told by manager nothing I can do for you because you might of caused the hole. Service is a 1, sock quality 1, and suit quality 4. I will say I did get 1 employee that was very good but they must of fired him for taking care of customer. I’m sad because I really wanted to purchase another suit but with present manager customer service skills that’s a no go. If you choose to buy a suit there stay away from the Blackbeard."

"This store was terrible for renting a wedding suit. The measurements they took were completely inaccurate. The store associate misspelled my email address so I received no communication about the rental. The suit was supposed to be delivered to another store in another state, but was delivered here instead. When we called to have it overnighted, this store manager said that he would take careof it. We called the next day and apparently he "forgot". Yikes. He says he will overnight it that day. Well, dude forgot again. Thanks for leaving us in a lurch trying to locate a suit the day before a wedding."
