"Let me start by saying I used the 5307 north prince location. There was a woman named Angela who was some what nice but Bernadette was completely rude and just not pleasant at all. I had to go in there on two separate occasions and thought the first time ok maybe they are just having a bad day. But on my second return it was even worse. Did I eventually get my daughters car registered? Yes, but just stick with the dmv. You will pay a lot less and most likely will have a better experience there."

"There is NO manual for written drivers test. Clovis MVD does NOT answer phone. I sat in the office for TWO HOURS to get a bored worker to tell me the manual is on a website, she shoved a tiny piece of paper at me and turned away. AND NO MANUAL ON THE WEBSITE! Why don't you have them in the library? Are only the computer savvy allowed to drive in New Mexico? And FYI, the website is AWFUL!!!! :( negative 2 stars!!!"

"The DMV was easier faster and more knowledgeable. They told me I needed 2 more documents than was necessary and that my TOD(transfer on death) title listed my mother as the co-owner and that she'd need to be there in person to get my car registered. Might be slightly faster than the DMV if you have a run of the mill yearly registration to do but I wouldn't risk it if I were you."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Complete Compliance Svcs! I don't hear many people say this of their MVD experiences, ha, but they helped me register a vehicle from scratch and, when there was an error in the paperwork, they treated it as an error and helped me make it right. The atmosphere is small-town warm and friendly. They treated me with kindness and respect, and I truly enjoyed my experience! :-) Thank you!"
