"If I could give a 0 star I would. Would NEVER recommend anyone to them. Went and got tires. Paid cash in full. The forgot to retorq 3 out of 4 rims. One came completely off causing me to lose control of my truck with my son in the passenger seat and almost being rear ended by an f250. Caused tons of damage to my truck. I tried to be civil and just tell them fix my truck correctly and I wouldn't sue. They made me take it to their mechanic that they HIGHLY RECOMMEND and use for all their stuff they said. I never received a list of what they did or didn't do to my truck. It didn't receive an inspection and was not properly fixed. My rear tire still sounds like it's going to fall off. My truck pulls to the right because they did not have it aligned after my front passenger rim almost came off as well. My transmission now has a leak from being drug across the road. And the day after receiving my truck from the mechanic he started ignoring me after I was addressing the problems my truck still has. This company is the worst. Sweeping everything under the rug. They play the blame game. They blame the mechanic but they RECOMMENDED AND SAID HE DOES ALL THEIR WORK. My truck is barely driveable now. I WILL BE SPEAKING WITH A LAWYER."

"The front desk clerk was amazing. She was very friendly an helpful. An answered any of my questions I had. Will definitely be doing business here again."

"They are severely understaffed and make people wait hours for a simple repair, even with less than three customers in line. The staff are also very rude. I heard multiple phone calls where the male was instigating a fight and provided no help. I decided to walk out and encourage others to not give their business."

"This store needs new management. They are very disorganized and fail to deescalate. Most customers who attempt to complain receive snarky comments from staff. There is no accountability being held for their mistakes. Today, this store denied their wrongdoing, pointed fingers, put on the wrong tire, refused to believe a broken bead came from their installation, and did nothing to provide warranty. Instead, the staff said they have been giving me a deal (for something that was their mistake as well), and proceeded to say because I paid in full instead of doing a payment plan, I had no coverage for the tire. From the moment I walked into the store, management played the "got ya" game and did not address any concerns."

"Nice clean place, staff always very helpful and knowledgeable. Tire kept getting low so I took my truck to the dealer and I was told my tire was fine. I knew something was not right so I brought it to RNR. They found the reason why my tire was getting low, a nail was the issue I'm surprised the dealership didn't notice the nail."
