"Cade knows how to get a car in new tire on in less than 30 mins!!! As long as the tire team in the garages are doing their job they can do tires in 30 minutes or less. I don't see what the big fuss is people waiting for hours and hours at a time. It's just sometimes the well-oiled machine of discount tire is not working as such. But give Grace people. "Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Waited almost an hour to get my car in the bay despite having an appointment but once it was, they had my 4 tires changed in about 30mins. They even put my old tires inside plastic bags before putting them in my car which was nice."
"While traveling had a tire blow out. Changed the tire and walked in to store to see if I could get my tire looked at. Not only were they able to fit me in they also had the exact tire for replacement. Since we had purchased the tire warranty it was covered. I only had to wait 1.5hrs I I was back on the road.
