"I came in last minute not really sure what I was wanting beyond “wanting to make the wife happy with a decent outfit”. Even though I came last minute everyone stayed late to measure me, pick everything out, and didn’t complain as I asked questions. They listened to my concerns and helped address and fix every single one of them. They quoted me 10 days for the alterations and tailored fits for the items I choose to do, and they completed them in only 7 days and had me back in to make sure I was 100% happy. If you need to rent or buy any sort of formalwear, save time and just stop in here first."

"We ordered our tuxes for our wedding that was on 11/11. They were promised to be ready the Thursday before. 2 of them were not, we were trying to be understanding. Later I was told I was a liar and that they did not tell me that which is definitely not the case. Then when we got the tuxes they did not fit correct on anyone. They were huge on my husband as well. Very frustrating. When we contacted them they were very nasty to us and would not make things right. And then threatened to file a class action if we left a poor review. I do not recommend these people they are not honest and clearly do not know how to measure properly for a fitted tux . We could have purchased one from the store that fit better than these did. Also if you look at several of these other reviews it’s the same problems we had and then some. And they want to comment back and be nasty to the customers. You are all very unprofessional and should have your business shut down. The fact you all feel the need to bash our reviews on here just shows how guiltily you all ultimately are."

"Would give zero stars if I could. Tuxedo had a hole on the shoulder of jacket that was visible in pictures. Staff was kind upon rental but when returned the manager laughed at me, was rude, and could care less about human interaction and decency. Very poor way to conduct business and treat people, would recommend anywhere else that treats people with kindness or even decency. To address your again rude comments below, I did not have time to mention the hole in my jacket as you were laughing at me and calling me “selfish” and “lazy” when all I did was say that your employee did not specify it was a 30$ per day fee, although you stated she did even though you were NOT present that day to hear her words. You also fail to mention in your comment that I called three times including the original due date to report that I had contracted COVID at the wedding and would be unable to return it on time. Just because someone questions the number of late fee charges does not give you the right to treat someone with such hostility, rudeness, and self-righteousness. It is clear in your response to my review that you continue to assume I am an “indecent” person, that is quite the thing for a business to say to a person they do not know beyond being upset over a late fee charge after trying to call you three times to report I was sick and unable to bring it in for a few more days. Unsettling to know an owner of a business could be so rude, crass and brazen with customers. Hope you treat others with more respect in the future"

"We have had the worst time with this place. They waited until the last minute to give us our rental tuxedo for a wedding and when we got them and put it on there was a huge spot on the back of the vest and some other spots on the pants. When we called for a refund or something since it was super expensive they told us we wouldn’t get any compensation. We have had nothing but problems working with them. I will never be doing business with them again and will tell everyone else to go somewhere else in the future."
