"Normally I would give this a higher rating but the last two times we've visited I've experienced an issue. The first time I ordered and paid for 3 full orders of biscuit and gravy and was given 3 half orders. They did correct the issue but I had to return to the store and go inside. The second time, my most recent visit the food was inedible. See attached photos. Those are burned biscuits, not sausage! Why would those have not been thrown away? They should have never been served to customers!"
"This dairy queen is a little bit slow, most of the time you'll have to wait on your food but its worth it due to always being fresh, and hot. This location is a little bit out of the way, but a good place to get something to eat"
"Fries to soggy and barely any in the baggie, way to much mustard dripping out around edge of buns and pickles made whole burger taste bad. They used to have the best fries but not anymore"
"On 1/26/24 around 815pm I took my daughter to dq downtown and got horrible service trying to get nondairy ice cream for my extremely lactose tolerant daughter. They didn’t even try and care. When we left frustrated I decided to call this dq. I simply asked if they had non-dairy ice cream and while the girl did say no they didn’t have it, without thinking she said they did have another ice cream item just not blizzard ice cream. She then immediately offered to break up several dilly bars and to crush and blend them for my daughter so she could have her Oreo blizzard. Ashely went so far beyond anything she had to do, and even further than I would have ever expected her to go to give my daughter a good experience in getting the blizzard she wanted. She’s amazing and totally reconfirmed to me that there still are people out there that genuinely care that others are taken care of. It was the best fast food experience of my life. Just a year ago I left 1 star review for a single trip having to have a single burger redone 4 times. I deleted that review because of how amazing Ashley was. Shes an employee this company needs to work hard to keep and promote. She will be a true asset to Dairy Queen."
"I have been coming to this DQ off and on for years. It never fails to surprise me on how bad “customers service” can get. I accidentally pulled forward with out getting my change the other day. The drive through attendant yelled at me (which i definitely appreciated). I stopped got out and walked back to the window to grab my change. She asked me if I was high on spray paint. I thought she was kidding, but no she was serious. She said she could smell spray paint and asked me again if I was high in spray paint. Nice."
