"Had some problems with order very expensive very rude . The Manager was clearly on drugs reached out to corporate didn't get nowhere. I used app to order or I wouldn't have paid for food disgusting."

"I placed a pickup order for sonic blasts. When I came to pick them up, my blast tasted like straight up salt to the point I couldn’t even eat it and I had to throw it away because it was so disgusting. Then, when I tried speaking to a manager about it, I could hear them talking badly about me over their headsets and how I was ridiculous. I wasn’t offered a remake or a refund or anything. I was simply given excuses until even the manager said it shouldn’t taste that way and then she walked inside and I could continue to see them looking out at me and talking about me angrily. I work in fast food and I understand, but this was just ridiculous. This was Monday night at 7:30 P.M. and frankly, I am disgusted by their customer service and how the manager handled it."

"My friends and I just came through the drive thru and ordered ice cream. My friend and I both had ordered them and they both tasted like salt. We both went to talk to the managers and the customer service was awful. They just shrugged at us and looked at us like we were stupid and didn’t offer a refund or a new blast or anything. I work in fast food as well and I could not imagine treating customers like this. This was on Monday night around eight and i’m frankly just appalled at the customer service."

That helped me set that the order was not in the store and that they were having problems Company wide. He asked what my order was and filled my order without hesitation. He was extremely helpful and I will be returning to the winchester Kentucky sonic in the future. Great customer service."
