"Took a pour-your-own-candle class here and it was so wonderful! Kami led us through the process of choosing our jar, our scents, and making the candle. The tray including all of the pieces we needed to make a candle and trays of accessories to decorate our candle were already prepped when we arrived, which was awesome! Very well run class and we had fun shopping in the store while our candles set. Looking forward to taking more classes here."

"Loved our experience at Poppy and Pomelo! Kami made booking a breeze and the class was lovely! I did this as a team bonding experience for our “Galentines Day” and we all LOVED it! Our candles smell lovely (you can tell they are super high quality) and we all loved shopping around for other items as well. "I’ve always loved Poppy & Pomelo but the new location. I didn’t think this store could get any better but it’s amazing! The aesthetic is so warm and inviting, the building they’re in has so much character and they’re with all the other cute businesses at the woodland triangle. I love coming here to pick up gifts for family and friends and the occasional gift for myself ;). They carry anything from hilarious to sentimental and have added quite a few new items since moving. I love when my money goes towards social good and I know I can leave there with peace of mind and money well spent. They carry so many small businesses, artists, virtually nothing mass produced. Even the candles are clean burning! Anyway, Poppy & Pomelo partnered with Wick & Mortar Studio and they are currently building out the back of the new location for a pour your own candle bar and a bar. Classes have already started in the retail space, I went ahead and made myself a candle for November."

"This shop is full of fun and amazing items at great prices. You can shop for many occasions in one place and everyone will be asking where you got their gift. Of course, you can spoil yourself as well as your furry pet here. We picked up herbal tea yesterday and in the past have purchased candles, beauty and self-care products. Their inventory changes all the time as they are always bringing in new things. Kami and Caitlyn are super helpful and provide top quality customer service."
