"Spent several thousands in this store. Purchased 4 pair of pants on my last visit in November, all 4 pair tore in the same spot approximately 3 months later. Far from being the luxury brand pants that they tell you. Call my sales rep to advise him that the batch of pants that I spent nearly a thousand bucks for was defective and the only resolution this self proclaimed high class establishment offered me was a free pair of pants. I told him that if that was their way of treating a loyal customer then I refuse your offer and will not be spending any more money at your store… My notice to shoppers , save your money folks and pay cheap for cheap clothing and not be fooled….."

"I can't speak towards the in person experience but my online experience has to be shared: I recently purchased a Peter Millar item from a different retailer at what was genuinely a good price (a normally $450 coat for $360 during Black Friday/Cyber Monday). The item was exactly as ordered and I was very happy with it. Yesterday I saw the exact same coat on sale on Logan's website for a price that was so good ($225 - legitimately 50% off the current retail price if you order from PM directly...for an item from this year's collection) that I immediately returned the item to the original retailer and re-ordered it from Logan's. If that wasn't good enough, before ordering, Logan's sent me $20 off my first order....bringing the cost of the $450 coat down to $205 + shipping. This all would have been great enough already - but to my surprise, mere hours after placing the order, I received a notification that my order had shipped. Not just "Label Created" type of shipped...but legitimately was in the mail, on the way. To be clear, this was the default shipping option. Assuming the item arrives with no issues, I can't stress how impressed I've been, on both the pricing and the shipping. I live multiple states away - and can safely say, with truly no hesitation, I'd happily shop here again, both online and if I'm ever near the store. Highly, highly recommend."

"Best men's shop in Lexington and the region in my opinion! I have shopped with Logan's for the better part of 10 years and have never been disappointed. They have always been helpful and friendly every time I come in. These men and women helping treat you like family. The store has fitted me for many Keeneland meets, weddings, funerals, and even my own wedding! They are top notch. When you go in ask for Jamie, Darrel, or Josh! If none of them are available there are plenty of others to assist!"

"Nice little shop. I immediately though Brook Brothers and Vineyard Vines had a love child with a UK fan. There are a nice variety of things but the staff were lacking. Maybe we didn’t look right to them but by no means did we go in wearing yard clothes. Jeans and sweaters. Though if they sized us in between the handbag, watches, and shoes I’d think we’d have been an ideal customer for anything in the store. Regardless. Not a word was said to us and we were the only people in the store. We even asked about something and the help was pathetic and off putting. In a world of hurting retail, even if they’re doing well right now, I’m not sure how this works for them. The loyal customer base I suppose."
