"Was out late and they were about to close. I didn't realize this until after I had placed a good size order. The lady at the window was so nice. Let me know it was going to be a moment, but never lost her smile and great attitude. It was only after I was given my drink that I realized they were closed in about 10 minutes. Can't say enough about how nice everyone was."

"We usually only stop for breakfast or lunch and the service and food were always spectacular. So on Thursday night we were running low on time and we decided to stop and what a mistake. It was the worst food we have ever gotten from a fast food restaurant especially when we believe Hardee’s usually is the best. But it was cold so cold the grease on the burgers was thick and nasty. Fries were just old and cold. Paid over $30 for two combo meals and a side of candied bacon from now on we won’t waste our time or money you can at a decent sit down restaurant for same money and get actually good food."

"The morning shift is awesome! They always lift my spirits when I pull through the drive-through. I stopped 2 to 3 times a week, and they always put a smile on my face. At 6:10 in the morning that’s a tough chore to do. A young man that I believe that he is the assistant manager always has my order ready. With everything that I need in it. He always calls me by name, even before I had the app. My order is always prepared correctly. It’s my favorite fast food restaurant in Sellersburg."

"Here is a Veterans Day story for you. The kids and I are unsupervised this weekend. They wanted to go to Hardee's for breakfast. I like to party, so we mounted up and headed to our local sellersburg location. While we were up there, a local Vietnam veteran walked in requesting a free Veterans Day sandwich. The cashier told him "that's only available in the app" and then the manager confirmed the cashier's statement and sent the veteran on his way. Some people in the dining room offered to pay for the guys breakfast but of course he declined. After the veteran left, one of the customers tried to talk to the manager about the situation. This ended in a small argument where the manager told the customer to "come at him a different way" Also, the food was terrible. "Welcome Home" is written on the door of this place. If they had any cultural sensitivity to the Vietnam Veteran and knew of the reception they received upon returning from war, I hope this situation would have been different."

"I believe the tall gentleman working the drive thru’s name is Kendall or at-least that’s what is on receipt. I appreciate his hospitality. This man deserves a raise. Very social and customer interaction brings people back not to mention the mushroom and Swiss he recommended was great."
