Mazerella's Upper Crust Pizza

"The lunch buffet was mediocre at best. I watched several customers waiting for supreme or deluxe style pizzas while the staff kept bringing out chicken Alfredo with spinach, thin crust sausage, thick crust pepperoni, and just about everything else except for the desired supreme or deluxe. I think the far better version of such a pizza buffet would be at Pizza Hut."

"For the second time since new owners have taken over I have been denied service. i called at 820 pm and got "we're not taking anymore orders" the prices have went up significantly and the service declined. As much as I love the pizza it's getting so that it is simply no worth even trying anymore."

"I ordered through DoorDash $43 for a sub and medium pizza and the driver brought me the wrong order and DoorDash is refusing to refund my money. The DoorDash driver apologized and told me that they’re really busy because it’s Valentine’s Day. and the DoorDash driver told me it’s their policy. If they bring you the wrong order they can’t go back to the store and get the right one. They’re not to make two trips. also I paid extra for pepperoni sausage & onions to be added on my sub I said no sauce & they didn’t add cheese. They hurt my feelings don’t order from them or door dash."

"I had the honor of trying the food that these people are trying to pass this exquisite masterpiece off as “pizza”! This was the best item of food I’ve ever had. The taste, the texture, the attention to detail everything about this food was just so amazing. It’s unreal. This is well deserving of way more than five stars. This Pizza made me say “Papa Johns who?!?!” In conclusion This is the tastiest restaurant around by far. What an amazing experience at this restaurant. Oh, and also the night manager I believe it was Josh a very intelligent and nice guy.. He is a true professional…. Oh, and into the owner, what a fine business you have here I would be honored to be able to shake your hand!!"
