"Pre-ordered on the app. Order was a little big. App said 35 minutes before I could pick up. Drive to the store, arrived 5 minutes late just for good measure. Waited another 10 in line just to let them know I was there to pick up. Girl behind the counter continued to fill and take orders. After another 10 I inquire about my order?? She looks towards the kitchen and tells me it will be another 17 minutes!!?? This meal was for my family following a Funeral, if they were not expecting it I would have gotten a refund and left!!!"

"Employees only get a few days a wk Nomatter how hard u work so if u have rent & bills u won't get enough working here cuz just getting a few days of 6 or 7hr shifts. Employees just stand around & gossip instead of being productive which includes grown adults unless the store manager is present. Food is served fresh & this store seems always clean so that's good."

"We got home to eat our food, and as always, after a long, hard day, a food item is missing, so instead of eating with everyone, I have to drive back up there to get the missing item. This will be the last time we come back. Eating is about more than just enjoying your food after a long day. It's about enjoying your food with family, and if you can never do that, then you're paying high prices just to have a bad experience every single time. It's just such a damn shame that, and it's not just KFC, but at every restaurant, you can't just get what you order, and enjoy your food. Would be really nice if a manager made sure that the employees were doing their job. There needs to be a system implemented where until items are scanned by a food bagger, the order is not complete. It's too easy to make sure people get everything for them to be missing something every single time."

"Truck parking at this KFC and delicious food. Usually the chicken at most KFC locations are always dry & nasty. Not here. Food was on point. They offer liver & gizzards. Which I bought along with some original recipe dark meat chicken with 2 sides of green beans. I love green beans. Everything was delicious and on point. The ladies were friendly and courteous. The cook gets down. The place is clean and inviting. The buffet is no longer available but the food is off the chain. I will be back again whenever I run through I-65. Thanks KFC. Great job guys keep it up ‼️"
