"There are no words for the way in which I was treated today while attempting to place phone order. I am usually very happy with the customer service I receive from here. Tiday was my first encounter with a female employee there..I'm not sure if her name, but customer service is not a strength for her. Mr. Jim's would do well to reassign her from taking the orders to pizza prep. I changed from a 1/2 cheese/1/2 three topping to 1/2 bacon/ 1/2 three meat. This change over stimulated her and she subsequently went into a full rage of disrespect and humiliation. I am so sorry that me, the customer decided to change my order in the same phone conversation. I had no idea this would cause such havoc for her..I do apologize and hope her employer can accommodate those that have trouble with sensory dysregulation..The pizza prep may help reduce those external stimuli that cause the reaction I received"

"Extremely rude to my kids for no reason. Take your money somewhere else! 9-6-23 Update my 13 year old son went today to get a cookie pizza. They would not serve him.....the lady and the owner don't care because they are "family" and I guess nepotism will keep them a float. I would never treat a kid like they weren't nothing. This family owned business has absolutely no compassion for others. The owners front help cares more about being their version of "right" and all of this over 50 cents. It's a sad thing to know a business would treat anyone with disregard over such a small amount. Let alone a child. And yes I spoke to the owner directly just because he shared his email here doesnt mean he actually cares about any of this."

"Talking about top notch customer service . I was having problems trying to submit my order online. I called Mr Jims she was happy and willingly ready to help me ( I didn't get her name) she knows who she is .without any hesitation she helped me from beginning to end . Mr . Jim is always hot when it's delivered and soooo good . Best customer service hands down..They also sent a treat with a note all I could do was smile . The kids were happy... Thank you Thank you Thank you"

"Great place wife and kids loved the pizza here, I walked in the establishment and saw one of the cleanest places I've seen in years. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. ( I appreciate that) and was quick to help, i wasn't in there for more than a couple minutes....we will order from here more often...I don't mind a 20 minute drive for better quality experience.."
