QDOBA Mexican Eats

"This has consistently been one of the worst Qdoba restaurants in the Southern Indiana area. Every time I try to give it time and see if it's gotten better, it gets worse somehow. I think it is because the employees just don't care what or how they shove things out the window. People like us are paying money for a service just like they would if they went out to another restaurant. Having worked in the restaurant scene years ago, you make, care for, and present the food as you would expect it. How is that so hard. Not to mention not one person I've interacted with at this location has had any semblance of a personality or friendliness. Management needs to pay attention and raise the expectations of their staff. How can you not notice you wrapped a burrito that blew out at both ends?!"

"I come to this location for lunch very often due to the healthier options QDOBA provides. The location is always very clean and well kept. I typically deal with a man named Pete. Pete is fantastic and he makes sure that my experience is exceptional every time I walk in. I finally asked his name and let him know he was doing a great job. I appreciate him and his kindness. The employees are also very friendly, he obviously leads by example and they learn from a great person. Give Pete a raise or a promotion he is outstanding."

"The restaurant was filthy, especially where food was being prepared. If it's dirty where I can see, what is it like where I can't see? I placed my order online, and it was not ready when I arrived. Food wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. Just so so. At this point, I'm hoping a Chipotle opens soon."

"good meal for the price point. quality tasty food. good portions too. dining room suitable for eat in and better than most other restaurants in the area. as it is newer and more modern. i recommend. located next to the Kroger gas station. March 2023 place not new anymore. food is plenty. but meat not quality. chicken meat either raw or burnt. queso chicken bowl with drink on website for $10.55 is not honored and that posted sign has been removed. dining room seems clean, modern and workers appear courteous, clean and efficient."

"Food was hot and tasted good! Love that they put this so close to planet fitness! I can knock out 2 things at once. Lol. I heard a lot of bad things about this location. But decided I needed to try it myself. The girl at the window was very nice. We got our food quick. And got the normal amount of food that you get from any other qdoba. Whole family loved their food. Try it again, if you had a bad experience. Gotta give places a little time to get adjusted. Also loved that they taped the sticker to the lids so we knew who’s was who’s!"
