Floor drains all back up and flood the inside of the store. "A computer took my order.. Didn't care for that. As im ordering I needed a special request it cut me off and made me wait for a person. All that could be avoided by letting the humans do their job. The girl who finished my order was a really nice kid. They should leave her job to her.."

"Updated Review 1/7/23 since they asked me to try again - ordered a meal w/ 2 *double* rally burgers with cheese *through the app* so there’d be no rush or confusion. Zero other cars there when I arrived. Checked the receipt on the bag while there. Get home with the sealed bag, both are singles. So I paid extra for the doubles and didn’t get them. Yeah, so, thanks “Rally’s Owner” but you’re 0 for 2 in back to back weeks. Second pic attached with todays failure. Original Review 12/31/22: Won’t take coupons.
