"Terrible customer service. I went to refill my “Tall pike place” coffee, and the rude manager told the barista, “ we can’t do that, it is not our Cup”. It is true that I purchased the coffee from a close by Starbucks, but her reaction was unprofessional. I was vey embarrassed! I spend a lot if money in starbucks; she could have avoided embarrassing me in front of the queue by asking me to purchase another, as simple as that! After all, it is only $ 2.28! And I was intending to give a $5 as a tip!! It is all about being nice and customer care! The good thing is that they just lost 5 customers coz when I told colleagues, they decided to purchase their coffee from another store. Grow up greedy manager and be nicer to people!"
