Starbucks

"Rude, arrogant, ignorant morning staff. 3/1/24. Went through drive thru order three sandwiches that total approximately $22! All three were still frozen inside. Went in to have them correct the problem. Everyone was nice until I said I had a problem. Then everyone at the front changed, it immediately went to nasty rude behavior. I wasn’t upset when I went in, everyone makes mistakes, but the way they handled themselves was ridiculous. They tried to fix the problem unsuccessfully. They admitted they had forgotten to thaw the sandwiches prior so despite the fact that they knew it was totally their fault they still treated me like garbage! There is no excuse for treating customers the way they did."

"I have never had this kind of experience at any other Starbucks they haveall been nice they've all been clean. But these ladies this morning we're simply amazing and made my day thank you so much."

"Pulled up to a line of cars almost entirely wrapped around the parking lot. I put a mobile order in about 10 minutes before but I fully expected to have to wait considering the line. Walked in to find my order the way I wanted it with the staff trying their best. Also while I'm here, one time I put a mobile order in and went out to find that my car wouldn't start. I couldn't cancel in the app so I had to call and they let me come in the next day and they remade the order for free. They're super accommodating and they work hard, they just get slammed sometimes."

"Everytime I come to this location the drive through line is long asl. This makes no sense whatsoever! Then, you get to the window and they have a confused employee that does not know how to work the register properly and moves at a very low pace. Lastly, you get some dry a** food or the drink is not on point. I think I will rate this location my least favorite one in this small little town. However, most of the time the employees are sweet once u get to the window even tho the employees today sucked! Improvement is needed with the time that people wait in the drive thru and the dry bleeping food!"
