"We ordered drinks, the girl was holding the cup with her fingers inside, I asked for a new cup, I was told that she’s new to be patient with her , it happened twice after since the first one, really unprofessional, the “manager” was a complete imbecile. They need to revamp this store , manager needs to be fired, corporate needs to be aware, they are a joke over her. The manager needs to be replaced and put in charge of washing plastic cups, she’ll be a perfect fit."
