"I can't believe that I just purchased two bags of chips, that I did not open, and I can't return them! I went in and had the reciept, the cashier had to call the manager (Cindy) on her cell who told me it was a health department issue that wouldn't allow them to return them! If this was the case wouldn't this be the same issue at places like the grocer who allow me to return unopen items? I could see if it was a hot dog or doughnut, but a couple of unopen bag of chips that I just purchased?"
