"Made an appointment yet still made me wait an hour before they brought my vehicle in. I brought it for an inspection and they missed so much wrong on my vehicle that is it appalling. They found some, but did not mention a tool hanging off the bottom of my vehicle, no rear brakes, a disconnected o2 sensor, terrible condition exhaust, etc. Go to the one off post."

"Asked for a service and availability, was told when to drop off my vehicle, they said no problem 1-2 hrs, came back 2.5 hours later and my vehicle hadn't even moved and I was still third in line and was trapped there and late getting back to work. Service was anything but customer friendly, I guess when you get new Soldiers coming every day you can be terrible cause if they don't come back there's another sucker walking in the door."

"Edit: Caught them in the middle of placing a faulty part into my car. Something i didnt even ask them to look at, upon questioning the fault, knowing full well it was fine, they immediately were able to guess the problem and fix it with a somehow good part in reaching distance. They seem helpful, but the more I go here, the more I see. Stuff on my car other mechanics say is good is bad by them, and other things on my car start to slowly degrade in strange ways. Even BRAND NEW tires break in a day when I get them FROM them. Naturally they charge labor for replacing it but still it's very suspicious."
