"Walked into buckle today with my family, needless to say it was a big disappointment. We did not get greeted and we needed a shirt from the very top and we had to do it ourselves. No one came to check on us and no one helped us and that even isn’t the worse part about the whole experience. I’ve walked into this store hundreds of times and it has always been clean and neat and well organized and I walked in there today totally over whelmed of the utter destruction of this place, I felt like I was going into rue21, but I didn’t, rue21 was more clean than buckle and that shouldn’t have happened. I don’t know what kind of retail workers they are hiring these days but, I know personally as a retail worker you want your store to always be clean and you always want your customers to be welcomed. I shouldn’t have to walk into an establishment as a customer and be overwhelmed and start cleaning a store that I don’t even work at because none of the workers are doing their jobs. It’s very discouraging when you don’t even work there and you hear people walk in with no greeting and say this place looks awful. That should never happen. I don’t know if these get read , and I hope it does, because clearly you need to be talking to the people that worked today how to greet customers and to clean a store and pick clothes off the floor."

The girls are completely on top of it and on it . we came in and was looking to buy jeans and one of the girls said can I help you and we told her what we were looking for and she jumped on top of it and had my husband so many pairs of the jeans we were looking for within mintues no seconds . we both were out of the store with in a matter of 10mins due to I have to stop and look at everything . lol! All in all the are quick, fast, and are very nice and respectful to you . Thank you all for being so prompt, and kind and being able to meet our needs so quickly !
