"If you want to feel valued as a customer, DO NOT GO HERE. My family and I come in this store very often. Every time we come in; no one greets us. We’ve said something about this issue. to store employees before. Even called corporate. Still- nothing done. I don’t know why we are treated this way, when we spend lots of money, we are respectful etc. I work in customer service so I know for a fact. This is not how anyone should be treated."

"This is a really nice h&m! The staff was very helpful with an online return and couldn't have been kinder. Also, the store is very organized which is always nice for easy browsing."

"I've been twice in the past month and both times the fitting rooms were closed. An associate said "due to staffing." Other stores in the mall have open fitting rooms - I don't understand why they can't open theirs. If I wanted to buy clothing without trying it on, I'd shop online. The one shirt that I did buy had a big hole in it that I found once I did try it on. I don't think you all realize how much of a hassle it is for some of us who don't live next to the mall to return items. I'd spend more time shopping there if I could try on the things before buying them. That store is too big not to have fitting rooms and you lose my business because you staff ineffectively."

"I love the look, feel and style of this store. I browsed through, but didn't buy anything. I was in need of a swimsuit not regular clothing. I will definitely be shopping here in the future. I am sure my son will love it too."
