"I had my girlfriend with me to check something out and the I think she was a manager and the employee were both just sitting in the fitting room chairs and just playing on their phones. Neither one of them attempted to greet us or anything l. Very unprofessional"

"Under age boy working the cash registers was extremely rude and failed to say thank you after our purchase . When asked if he liked his job he lashed out at me with a very rude verbal assault . Then the portly store manager also started lashing out at us . The manager was poorly dressed to be in management . Seemed like a good way to dress on your day off not while working less than a week before Christmas . Especially in a retail setting . The store manager continued to lash out at me after I asked to talk to her away from other customers then told me to leave the store . At the same time the underage boy continued to mouth off as he wore his baseball cap on backwards (another positive visual in a retail setting) . We have shopped in a lot of Hollisters and the management of this particular store is way below par ! I would think the district manager would want to take a long look at the people he has working in and running this particular store ! We have contacted them ! We will not return and will pass on the negative advertising that was earned at this store today !"

"I can never find my size in this store. I have to order online, try it out, if it doesn't fit, I drive 30 minutes out to return the items. This store is cute but more for older teens who lean more towards less clothing in the public eye. And $120 for a jacket where I'll still be freezing cold? Lol nope. This store could be better for the price."

"Went to Hollister in a town over since we don't have one.I get home and there is a security tag on one of the shirts.My daughter walks in the room as I discover it and says she saw the guy looking up at me (as I was looking down in my purse to get my money) to see if I would notice him leaving it on.No idea why she wouldn't mention it,even after we left store,but why on earth would an employee intentionally leave the tag on?? Just dumb af...I heard alarm go off but she had the bag and had walked ahead of me out of the store so I thought it was another customer."
