"This location might as well change their hours to closes at 10pm. I work 3rd and have stopped 4 times in the past month between 10p and midnight and have been told that they are closed in the drive thru speaker. You drive by the window and the employees are just standing around inside the kitchen area."

"Spent 30 dollars. Got the wrong order. Im not the mentality, "Well, I should check before I leave...". How much food is right now with inflation, I expect to get the correct order at the least... Also, the food was cold when I got home (5 minutes for Taco Bell). I've had good experiences here and bad. That's the only reason i gave it 2 stars..."

"Sat in line for a while then ordered. As we was putting sauce on our stuff we found hair in the tacos. One taco didn't even have meat in it. Never again, Will I eat here. Also the woman taking money never counted it to make sure it was right just stuck it in the drawer. Very highly dissatisfied."

"2 stars only because service was decent. Seriously, I was given 6 of these taco “supremes”, for $16.74. Nothing supreme about these. Every time I come back here I kick myself for not getting tacos from one of the other 8 places in Bardstown where I can get a decent taco at the same or better price."

"This place is so slow. We've been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes now. I never thought a taco bell could be slower than ours in our home town. But we have a contender in the crappiest taco bell contest. Will update about food later. Still in the drivethru...."
