"I bought some Timberlands for my boyfriend paid $201.. but i got wrong size and he just wasn't into them so not even a full 24 hours i was returning them. The girl at store was returning them for me but bc I paid in cash the store manager used the excuse that bc its a Saturday (after thanksgiving) at 4:00 they didn't have the money in the drawer. Even though the chick clearly said all she had was large bills and needed his approval. So i asked when will u have the money? On a Monday at 9am? I told him i want my money or i will call the police he demanded me to leave store bc he didn't like my attitude. I asked if I could go to another store to return they said no. So i call mall st mathew while i stood at the entrance they were helpful to me to go to the underground journeys and return them there. I did. I walked right across to the underground journeys and they returned them with NO PROBLEMS!!!!!! they had informed me that. That store has many problems. Its not like I wasn't going to buy more shoes i have a daughter who love uggs and vans. But i will never purchase anything from them again. I will from now on buy from underground journeys and walk over to journeys and show them my purchase receipt and let them know how much they are missing out bc of their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!"
