"Never greet you when you come in. Nasty attitude from the older lady with dark brown hair. Not very helpful either. Still won't let anyone use the bathroom. Sign says out of order. It's been like 3 years. The staff that use to be there knew everyone in the area and was polite. I'd rather drive all the way to the Preston location where folks are friendly, they actually have groceries and not just junk. Also you can use the bathrooms."

"Nasty attitude. Made me wait ten minutes at the register just because I told her I was ready and needed cigarettes so I couldn't use the self checkout. Rudest old lady I've ever encountered. Never returning to this store."

"Update 2023- This place is a fire hazard. Aisles are constantly blocked off since the employees never stock the shelves. They’re constantly closing before they’re supposed to because they don’t feel like working. They actually make the Key market look good which is impressive. Just go to the one on outer loop at the end of Smyrna."

"Store is never stocked. Employees never seem to be working. Trash all over the store and parking lot also. If you got time to smoke a cigarette outside you have time to sweep up the parking lot. Fire employees that actually work. Probably shouldn’t be firing employees if you can’t keep the shelves stocked. this is one of the worst dollar generals in the city. never see employees working but there’s always product sitting around the store needing to be stocked that just seems to sit there. If you are handicap and in a wheelchair I would suggest shopping somewhere else the isles are constantly blocked with trash and product honestly I’m surprised they haven’t been sued yet. This store has he laziest employees I’ve ever seen"
